Hydrotherapy
Hydrotherapy is a form of treatment conducted in a heated pool to help regain or enhance physical well being. Hydrotherapy exercises classes are a series of gentle stretching movements, upper and lower body strengthening and cardiac conditioning – performed in a pool maintained at 34 degrees Celsius. Properly used, hydrotherapy can expedite the rehabilitation and cure of muscle and joint injuries as well as assisting in post operative pain relief.
Hydrotherapy is a safe and fun way for people regardless of age or condition to exercise whether it be for fitness or overall well being.

We currently run over 9 Hydrotherapy classes per week. All of our classes are run by qualified physiotherapists. Classes are limited to 10 people per session so that the physiotherapist can assist each patient individually.
We also provide individual one on one training and set up programs for self management or a combination of all the above, one on one, classes and unsupervised programs.
All of our services are eligible for private heath fund rebates.
