Deborah Kneebone (APA Physiotherapist)

Debbie spent her first 15 years of physiotherapy career working between Australia and London consulting in orthopaedic and private practice. Debbie has worked as a consultant to the Flinders Medical Centre assisting in patient management and post graduate lecturing. She is a member of the Work Cover Advisory panel, has been Chairman of the Physiotherapy Business Association for more than 10 years and was nominated for the Telstra Women's Business Award in 2006.

Debbie has a strong base in manual therapy, is particularly interested in complex spinal problems and headaches, and is committed to dynamic rehabilitation using Hydrotherapy, Pilates and other forms of self assisted management.


Adrienne Holmes (APA Physiotherapist)

Adrienne graduated as a physiotherapist in 1981 completing a Masters Degree in Manipulative therapy. Travelling through London and the USA she gained experience in Orthopaedics, Sports Medicine and hydrotherapy, she also ran several postgraduate courses in Mobilisation technique whilst in the USA. Settling in Adelaide Adrienne started at Rehabilitation & Performance Health in 1992, bringing with her, her valuable skills in sports medicine and management of complex spinal injuries.


Margaret Buxton (APA Physiotherapist)

Margaret has been a physiotherapist for nearly 30 years. Her work history includes the Royal Adelaide Hospital, senior physio at Masonic homes and 8 years as the only physiotherapist within a 100km radius in Lameroo. Margaret's interest lies in sports injuries, spinal problems, children and the elderly (and is our resident Heart moves instructor).She is passionate about encouraging clients to self-manage, utilising hydrotherapy, pilates and gym style rehabilitation incorporating her heartmoves training with the Heart foundation.


Lesley Wingate (APA Physiotherapist)

Lesley graduated in 1982 completing her post graduate study in Exercise and sports medicine in 1987. Lesley's interests lie in dynamic motion assessment in sport and biomechanics of human movement. She utilises her training in DMA Pilates to aid in her treatments and has a strong belief manual therapy and self assisted treatment for rehabilitation of chronic injuries. Lesley works closely with the State and National Calisthenics association.


Kendall Gleeson (APA Physiotherapist)

Kendall completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2005 while playing tennis for the University of Texas in El Paso. She then returned to Adelaide and graduated from the University South Australia with a Masters of Physiotherapy. Kendall has since gained experience in rehabilitative physiotherapy while working at the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre. She has a particular interest in rehabilitation of sports related injuries and spinal conditions.


Daniella Kittel (APA Physiotherapist)

Daniella has completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours at the University of South Australia. She has a background in swimming and applies this experience to the hydrotherapy rehabilitation service offered at the practice. She has worked with Wellness and Lifestyles to develop a series of electronic books focussing on rehabilitation programs for a variety of surgical procedures and injuries. She has an interest in Pilates and spinal management.


Massage Therapists

Lisa Zenna-Douglas

Lisa has been doing massage for many years, beginning her original course in 1984, with the Shiatsu Centre, Unley. In 2007 she graduated from the South Australian College of Natural Medicine and is educated in Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Myofacial Release, Trigger Point, Cupping Gua Sha and Reiki. Lisa's previous studies in Behavioural Science at Flinders University, gives her an easy rapport with people and she genuinely enjoys helping people make mind/body connection while relieving the stress and tension of every day life.
